Our commitment

Book Concierge Psychiatric Services is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. The site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What is in place

• —A skip-to-content link that appears as soon as you press Tab.
• —Full keyboard operation for navigation menus, dropdowns, the mobile drawer, accordions, and forms.
• —Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• —Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios.
• —Form fields with programmatic labels, and errors announced to assistive technology.
• —Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones.
• —Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• —Motion that is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
• —Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide and at 200 percent zoom.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is reviewed whenever pages change. Some third-party services this site links to, including the scheduling platform and patient portal, are maintained by outside vendors, and their accessibility is governed by those vendors.
