Kirsten’s approach

Care that is coordinated, not isolated

Eating-disorder care is strongest when it is coordinated. Kirsten may work alongside therapists, dietitians, primary-care providers, pediatricians, families, and higher levels of care when necessary.

Kirsten’s own recovery from bulimia shapes the respect, hope, and seriousness she brings to this work. She understands how damaging it can feel to be reduced to a label or told that relapse must define the future.

Clarity-BHSGoogle Review
She has been able to understand my complicated history without judgement and work with me on a treatment plan that no one else figured out.

This is an outpatient psychiatric practice. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care, detoxification, inpatient treatment, residential treatment, or a specialized higher level of eating-disorder care. Kirsten will recommend additional or higher-level support when clinically necessary.

This practice is not an emergency or 24-hour crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For immediate emotional support in the United States, call or text 988.
